Ceepower has completed the factory assembly and delivery of an integrated primary and secondary equipment prefabricated substation for a 4.68 MW rooftop distributed PV project at Sateri (Changzhou) Fiber Co., Ltd. (Phase II).
The project is EPC-contracted by Ceepower Group, responsible for the design and construction of the photovoltaic system.
Integrated Primary & Secondary System Design
Primary–secondary integrated substations require coordinated system design, equipment manufacturing, and integration testing.
Based on established capabilities in medium-voltage switchgear and prefabricated electrical modules, Ceepower implemented an integrated configuration covering:
Primary equipment
Protection and control systems
Communication systems
Integrated DC power supply
Auxiliary and monitoring systems
Internal environmental control
All equipment was manufactured, integrated, and system-tested at the factory prior to delivery, enabling complete module delivery and reduced on-site installation work, while supporting system consistency and stable operation.
Robust Enclosure for Project Requirements
The prefabricated enclosure adopts a reinforced welded structure, combining a profiled steel frame with high-strength corrugated panels.
The structure is designed to meet requirements for lifting, seismic resistance, and wind load, making it suitable for distributed renewable energy applications.
Factory Integration of Core Equipment
The project uses Ceepower-manufactured medium-voltage switchgear, with panel coupling, electrical connections, and system commissioning completed inside the module.
This approach reduces on-site construction activities and supports efficient project execution.
The module is equipped with a slight positive-pressure HVAC system and engineered airflow design, combined with an industrial integrated ceiling, to provide a controlled operating environment and support operation and maintenance requirements.
The delivery marks the completion of an integrated primary–secondary prefabricated substation for application in a distributed photovoltaic project.
